After 15 years in the PT clinic and a personal medical crisis that left her crashed on the couch after work every day, Kristen Toscano, PT, CIHC realized that there was more she could be doing for her patients and friends. Really getting to know her patients on a deep level, she would hear their stories of fatigue and stress and how disruptive these were to their lives, often impacting them as much as the pain that brought them into the clinic. In 2016, Kristen became a Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and is now expanding her knowledge of functional medicine to become a Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner. She is passionate about helping her clients put the pieces together so that they can find sustainable strategies to live their most fulfilling lives with energy and confidence.
